I aim to share my skills and passions that I have acquired from cake decorating over the years! 

I believe that cake decorating should not be stressful, although we've all had those last minute orders that most certainly are! I try to approach a cake as simply as possible as I admire them more that way! A beautifully decorated "old school" wedding cake with piping is my absolute favorite. 

After I started working for a grocery store I bought my first decorating kit for $5.99, it came with 4 tips and 10 bags! I practiced every night when I got off of work on my counter, yes literally piping directly on it or on wax paper! We then needed a cake decorator so I showed my pictures to them and they gave me a chance. Best decision of my life!
